No complaints whatsoever, I had a wonderful stay and would go back in flash. Everything was first-class, incredibly beautiful hotel, the location was excellent close enough to nearby shopping facilities, bars and restaurants and Brazil on a birding holiday and the restaurant which was very nice food, wine & local beer. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of food.

the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great start to my day. They even extended the breakfast service on a Sunday, which was a thoughtful touch. the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. the friendly staff, many of whom spoke English, were always on hand to assist with any needs. the hotel also impressed with its ability to cater to allergies at the breakfast buffet. the hotel's location near a supermarket was convenient.

We had a great stay at Gran Odara! The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. The customer service was top-notch, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The powerful aircon in the room was a lifesaver in the warm climate of Cuiabá. The view from our room was also quite nice. Additionally, the hotel's location in the upscale area of the city was convenient. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had an amazing time. the complimentary welcome drink and Christmas cookie were a lovely touch. the hotel's location is perfect, close to shopping centers and restaurants. the pool area was a great place to unwind and soak in the sun.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioner was a bit too noisy. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, but some of the products could have been of better quality.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay here! the exclusive amenities provided were beyond what we expected, especially the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. We were delighted with the treatment room as well, with its wide range of beauty treatments and massages. the restaurant, serving a continental breakfast, was exquisite, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. the private facilities were a standout feature, making the stay very comfortable and convenient.

The only minor issue we had was with the location, which was a bit far from the city center. this was made up for by the serene garden area with sun terrace.
