Charming staff and spacious rooms

The staff was welcoming and professional, truly making an effort to cater to our needs. The spacious room offered a comfortable stay, complemented by a wonderful breakfast selection.

While the main amenities were enjoyable, the restaurant service during dinner was confusing and our orders were mixed up, leading to a few disappointed diners in our group.

The gym facilities were decent for a hotel, and breakfast featured a nice selection.

The first room had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't lock, while the second had a leaking toilet hose and poor shower drainage that left standing water. Additionally, some rooms had a foul smell, dirty curtains with stains, and a complete lack of decoration, making them feel stark and uninviting.

The staff were super helpful and made my stay comfy. The breakfast spread was awesome! But the initial room had some maintenance issues. 🤷‍♂️

The breakfast buffet featured diverse options that were delicious, especially the freshly made omelettes. I appreciated the clean outdoor pool area, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff was super helpful, and the gym was well-equipped for our workouts. Loved the clean outdoor pool and the tasty food options. Nearby attractions like the Museum of Dolls and Toys were convenient and fun to explore. Definitely recommend visiting!

It was just a fitting option for a short weekend trip in Cuiaba with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and the bed was really comfortable, which made getting rest easy. Try to get up early for breakfast. it's a nice way to start the day.

I stayed in the Superior Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious, which was nice, and the staff were super professional and easy to chat with. I loved the big breakfast buffet. it was truly impressive. But the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Overall, a comfy spot, just wish the service was quicker.

the staff at gran odara were incredibly helpful, especially when i needed assistance due to my injured foot. the gym facilities were excellent, and the outdoor pool area was clean and comfortable. it was a great spot to relax. also, the food was really tasty, and i enjoyed the varied menu.

The hotel offered spacious accommodations with excellent sleeping quality, making my weekend getaway even more enjoyable as I strolled through the nearby Praça Popular and Parque Tia Nair, both perfect for walking and relaxing in nature. however, dinner service could use some improvement.
